This role will be responsible for ensuring competitive and fair rewards practices, driving consistency across markets, and advising leaders on total rewards strategies. With regional exposure, including Singapore and other APAC markets, this position will be instrumental in shaping a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies across the region
Manage annual rewards cycles, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and long-term incentive plans
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide strategic advice on pay, recognition, and rewards decisions
Benchmark market data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
Drive governance and consistency across countries while allowing for market-specific flexibility
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership using data and analytics
Oversee employee recognition programs that align with organizational culture and values
Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Must have worked in a
regional capacity
, ideally covering
Singapore or multiple APAC countries
Strong understanding of market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay-for-performance frameworks
Proven track record in managing salary review cycles, bonus plans, and incentive programs
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: RM19,000.00 - RM19,900.00 per month
