Your role will be all about strategies and implementation of rider supply initiatives across the whole country and you will be part of the awesome Logistics team at foodpanda.Lead the Rider Supply team within the Logistics and support driving our fleet growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategyAnalyze data and track KPIs to improve Rider Supply - data is at the core of our business!Lead and execute projects within local and regional teamsThink of creative and strategic initiatives to attract riders to join the foodpanda rider fleetFind ways to optimize the rider\'s onboarding process on the platform and improve their experienceIdentify and implement strategies to bring inactive riders back on the platform (re-activation)Potential projects:Define and own the incentives model to attract new riders or bring back inactive onesOptimize our demand and supply forecast modelLaunch new communication channel for a better conversion of rider applicantsQualificationsSomeone who is both creative and has good data analytics skillsStrong project management & stakeholder management skillsDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any related fieldsExperience in marketing, added plus if it is growth-relatedMinimum 4-6 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years of work experience in high-growth startups or tech companiesPrior experience as a people manager preferredExceptional communication and organizational skillsSelf-learner mentalityAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentHands-on when it comes to executionWilling to work with the team on the ground to get better insightsPrior experience in start-up preferred
