Job Summary

Support the Group Chief Risk Officer in planning, executing, and maintaining the Group Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework. Ensure effective business continuity and crisis management strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the GCRO in executing group-wide BCM strategies and initiatives. Co-facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans (CMP) across departments and business units. Maintain, test, and update BCPs and CMPs; coordinate periodic exercises and crisis simulations. Prepare BCM awareness and refresher training materials for stakeholders. Work with business units to prepare periodic BCM reports for review by the Group Business Continuity Steering Committee and Board. Prepare presentation slides and reports for steering committees and Board updates. Perform other duties as assigned related to business continuity and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Professional certification in Risk Management or BCM is an added advantage. Minimum 5 years' experience in business continuity management or related risk functions. Knowledge of BCM methodology, operational processes, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, report writing, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills in English; able to engage stakeholders effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary

RM10,000 - RM13,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
