Lead and drive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) through implementation of risk management best practices

• Lead and drive the overall risk management institutionalization through risk policy, framework, and guidelines implementation in line with regulatory / legislation requirement, best practices and changes in the environent and business operations by embedding risk practices in daily operation, develop a higher level of awareness and provide risk management competencies to inculcate a positive risk culture across the group.
• Lead and drive the review of ERM framework through strategic collaboration with external & internal stakeholders, to achieve busines objectives, create and protect value for the organization.
• Formulate the group annual strategic risk plan and ERM journey map by facilitating risk owners in designing and implementing the appropriate interventions to ensure reliability and effectiveness of the strategic risk plan and safeguard company interest in achieving business objectives.
• Lead and drive the implementation of risk assessment & mitigation plans at enterprise and OPU levels by partnering with internal stakeholders to safeguard business
• Lead and drive the strategic portfolio view on risks and fulfillment of risk oversight by integrating with key stakeholders to internalize business environment, promote the institutionalization of a portfolio risk management and conduct of effective risk conversations to mazimize and protect value.

• Bachelor degree in finance / Accounting / Business / Economic / Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in Risk Management Assurance will be an added advantage
• Minimum 15 years of working years in related industry with exposure to Enterprise Risk Management
• Experience in real estate or construction or faciity management industry particularly property development is an added advantage
