Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing - HEC

Plan & manage the sales & marketing areas of the Oncology business in the company.

Responsibilities

Led sales team to achieve medical sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.

Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.

Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.

To plan, organize, and implement activities in line with Department marketing objectives, integrating directions from own brands and local requirements, through the various marketing functions of advertising & promotions, product management, and trade marketing.

Formulate & monitor the implementation of A&P strategies and their effectiveness in meeting objectives

To work with the agency to ensure reasonable rates paid for POSM

To lead in new product launches: encompass developing the product launch plan, setting the timetable, determining retail price level (benchmarked to product strategy, margin strategy, competitor and market tolerance level), roll-out timing, sample preparation (where applicable), POSM support requirements, and display standards. Etc, to be executed by the sales and finance teams.

Requirement

Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers & a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts

Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, candidates with sales & marketing in Oncology products will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
