The Requirements:-

Bachelor\'s Degree in Banking / Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting or related discipline;
Minimum 15 years work experience in related fields including 10 years in senior managerial position in financial sector;
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises;
Excellent organisational skills;
Ability to critically analyse and interpret financial, accounting and business information;
Leadership and human resource management skills;
Results driven and customer focused;
Practical knowledge in banking operations and financial systems;
Familiarity with financial industry\'s rules and regulations; and
Possesses good working knowledge of AMLA, PDPA and all other statutory compliance requirement, and ISO Management System.
