Job Description
The Requirements:-
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Banking / Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting or related discipline;
- Minimum 15 years work experience in related fields including 10 years in senior managerial position in financial sector;
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to critically analyse and interpret financial, accounting and business information;
- Leadership and human resource management skills;
- Results driven and customer focused;
- Practical knowledge in banking operations and financial systems;
- Familiarity with financial industry\'s rules and regulations; and
- Possesses good working knowledge of AMLA, PDPA and all other statutory compliance requirement, and ISO Management System.
