Responsibilities Risk Management Managing risk across the Group, which include but not limited to . Establish, maintain and administer the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and drive risk management initiatives across the Group\'s operations basing on risk appetite of the Board of Directors. . Perform risk assessment: inclusive of facilitating risk assessment workshops, follow-up on risk identified and effectiveness of mitigation controls/activities, updating risk registers and preparation of reports for the relevant governance forums e.g., to the Risk Management Committee. . Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding best internal control practices that minimize risk to the organization . Work closely with other functions to formulate policies and procedures to strengthen risk management activities and practices within the Group . Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization. . Ad hoc administrative / project assigned from time to time. Business Continuity Management (BCM) Development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across the Group which include but not limited to . Coordinate and collaborate with business units/subsidiaries in the development and execution of business continuity plans, recovery strategies and procedures. . Support the establishment and reviews of Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans to identify the criticality of business functions and systems, points of vulnerability and business recovery requirements. . Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery Plan and BCP exercises (e.g., call tree, BCP simulation exercise and table - top exercise). . Assist in crisis management in the event of a business disruption, i.e., support crisis invocation and coordinate implementation of recovery resources as appropriate. . Conduct reviews and update BCM related documents (e.g., policies, business continuity plans) when necessary and to ensure documents are up-to-date. . Strengthen BCM awareness at all levels by conducting training and workshops Requirements . At least a Bachelor\'s Degree. A professional certification in Business Continuity Management would be an advantage . Strong communication skill in both oral and written English. (Mandarin is a plus to liaise with operations in China). . 3 -5 years of relevant experience in risk and/or business continuity management. . Experience in cultivation, trading and manufacturing industry preferred . Self-starter, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
