Join us as a Senior Manager, Sourcing Materials and Services Job Overview Lead the Sourcing of Non-Production Material (NPMS) Category, which includes Logistics service, Subcontractor Management, Commercial Property Leasing, Office services, Insurance etc. Achieve the purchasing objectives, for organization according to the agreed goals and approved budgets in line with the company\'s overall strategies We Elevate... Your Responsibilities Overall responsible for sourcing of PM category and Non-Production Material and Services (NPMS) categories for JSG Group. Understand the organisation expectation from Sourcing. Work with Operating Countries (OC) Purchasing, Logistics and Warehousing (PLW) Manager, Schindler Group Category Manager and cross functional team across Schindler Group to drive cost saving - Continuous Cost & Quality Leadership (CCQL), Impact Analysis, Spend Analysis, VAVE Idea generation. Ensure Timely reporting of Cost Saving initiatives in Sievo, prepare Category Management Budgets and strategies to bridge gaps. Lead contracting & price negotiations with supplier. Understanding of Subcontractor costing in Elevator/Escalator or Construction industries and should cost analysis. Lead vendor management scope. Conduct regular meetings with vendors to develop relationship, understand market and work on supplier development. Manage key suppliers to support category growth plans to ensure material security and fulfillment to customers. Ensure security of supply, required lead times and in accordance with material specifications and requirements. Support end-to-end standardization and harmonization of the overall Procurement and Logistics processes and services, i.e., Vendor Master Data, PR/PO processing and others. Ensure strong compliance of Group Sourcing policies and Organizational Norms (ON\'s) We Elevate... Your Best Self University or College Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or master\'s in business administration (MBA) Minimum 10 to 12 years\' experience in Strategic Purchasing/ Category Management in Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Elevator / Escalator industry Have experiences in Subcontractor Management in Elevator/Escalator or Construction industries. Have knowledge on Zero Base Costing (Should Cost), Challenge supplier cost and cost elements. Have sound technical knowledge of common manufacturing processes like Welding, Sheet Metal working, Machining, Casting, Press shops. Have thorough understanding of the supply base in Hong Kong/Globally for Electrical / Mechanical commodities. Ability to lead standardization and enforcement of procurement management standards and processes. Ability to manage strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to establish contract with Logistics service provider for Sea, Land and Air mode, Commercial Rentals contract for Offices, warehouses. Demonstrates leadership in driving procurement policies and business conduct. Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work in complex global networks with international team. Sense of ownership and accountability with high confidence in stating professional opinions. Possess global and strategic mindset and ability to work well at all levels and engaging stakeholders.
