Job Description
- This role primarily focuses on procurement, accounting for 80% of the responsibilities, with the remaining 20% dedicated to planning tasks.
- This role oversees purchasing operations to ensure cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and quality improvements, while also building supplier relationships, planning in SAP, and collaborating effectively.
- Lead the Purchasing and Planning function
- Strategically differentiate and support company growth and customer experience
- Be a leader, motivator, and change agent to deliver results
- To optimize distribution networks
- To guide inventory optimization
- To develop performance metrics and improvement initiatives for operational excellence and team development
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering
- 10 years in supply chain field in semiconductor working environment
- Strategic thinking and solution-driven thinking.
- Experience in leading a team
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
