JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b
- Responsible for leading and implementing sustainability strategies across the organization.
- This leadership position requires a deep understanding of sustainable business practices, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop, implement, and measure sustainability programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of the company\'s operations and drive positive impact.
Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field, advanced
degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years\' experience in sustainability strategy management, preferably in a
corporate setting
Strong understanding of sustainability issues and trends, including carbon footprint, circular
economy, and ESG reporting
Demonstrate experience in implementing sustainability projects and initiatives, such as
renewable energy projects, waste reduction programs, or sustainable supply chain
management
Experience in engaging with stakeholders and managing sustainability reporting and
disclosure frameworks such as GRI or TCFD
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of opportunity
and develop creative solutions
Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
