Job Description


We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Total Rewards to join our dynamic HR team. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company\'s comprehensive rewards and recognition programs. You will play a crucial role in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent, ensuring our organization remains competitive in the market and fosters a culture of appreciation and growth.

Design and Develop Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking rewards strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization\'s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to current and potential employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that the rewards strategy supports the company\'s talent acquisition and retention goals.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure that the compensation structure is fair, equitable, and in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Work with HR Operations to manage and evaluate benefits offerings, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Performance-Based Incentives:
  • Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs that align with the company\'s performance management system and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Recognition and Rewards Programs:
  • Design and manage recognition and rewards initiatives that acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions.
  • Implement creative and meaningful ways to celebrate achievements, milestones, and exceptional performance within the organization.
HR Compliance and Communication:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all reward-related practices.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees, providing clear explanations of policies and procedures.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs and make informed decisions.
  • Generate regular reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and employee satisfaction with rewards initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners, to align rewards strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to gain buy-in and support for rewards initiatives.
Career progression to take on a regional position. |A market leading organization
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 8 years in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on developing and executing rewards strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound recommendations.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CSCP are highly desirable.
