Our opportunity for you:

Job Title : Senior Manager - Project & Migrations

Job Type : Permanent

Location : Malaysia

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects as well as planning and managing all activities relating to migration of processes from various markets. You will interact with local team heads/ leads, project managers and process owners of other markets to enable a smooth roll out of the projects or migrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, plan and implement projects which includes defining project scope, goals and deliverables, with full scale project plans. Manage project resource requirements and allocation. Monitors and tracks progress and completion of projects or initiatives.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provide direction and support to project stakeholders and teams involved in projects or initiatives
• Assume overall responsibility of migrating work from other local markets, including scoping of work and headcount requirements
• Work in collaboration with Team heads & leads to ensure the work is transitioned to the right team
• Ensuring appropriate Intra-Group Services Agreements and Service Level Agreements are in place and are reviewed as required
• Work closely with other Vistra locations and project managers and provide updates on status of migrations and hiring
• Engage with different stakeholders to identify areas of improvements
• Assist Team heads in Global projects/ process re-engineering/initiatives
• Assist teams in finalizing standard operating procedures/work flows for processes migrated

Relevant experience:

• Previous experience working in a Project/Program/Portfolio Management Office (PMO) function, either at a portfolio level or in support of a specific program/project.
• Proven experience in change management

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Project or PMO Management qualification desirable
