\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNC CompanyIndustry : Electronic Manufacturing ServicesLocation: Senai, JBHeadcount: 1Position Title: Senior Manufacturing EngineerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM 3,000 - RM5,000Job Responsibilities : * Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

• New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to manufacturing. Provide input on manufacturability, production feasibility, and process scalability.
• Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles, conducting root cause analysis, and leading initiatives to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards, develop testing protocols, and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Equipment and Tooling: Evaluate, select, and implement manufacturing equipment, tools, and technologies to improve productivity, enhance capabilities, and meet production requirements.
• Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Train manufacturing personnel on new processes, equipment, and techniques to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and capacity expansion efforts. Develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards and environmental risks associated with manufacturing processes.

Requirements :

• Degree / Higher Education (Technical and Engineering discipline preferred)
• 5 years in related field
