Job Description
- Ensure good attendance for the available headcount and schedule work arrangement to achieve KPI with good quality
- Ensure good people compliances in either quality or scrap or discipline.
- Review readiness of raw material and schedule the production runs to ensure no disruption due to material shortage issues
- Coordinate among process and equipment team to ensure good quality and equipment performances
- Lead and drive FIF projects towards meeting quality goal with process team. Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
- Ensure material FIFO and good control for Age lot and MCT for CVP achievements
- Coordinates disposition of quality and scrap incidence which caused by the ppl compliance issues
