• Proficient in branding strategies, marketing platforms and tools.
• Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong drive to learn, self-motivated and is result oriented.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab1. Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Work with in-house and external partners to co-develop engaging and brand-consistent content for various social media platforms.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.

2. Campaign Management

• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to effectively reach and resonate with them.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

3. Community Management

• Monitor brand mentions, comments, reviews, and discussions across various social media channels and engage with users to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with in-house and external partners to co-organize community events, online and offline.

4. External Collaboration

• Identify and collaborate with relevant brands & influencers to co-promote.
• Manage brand, influencer, and affiliate partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and content approvals.
• Track and analyze the collaborative performances to optimize ROI.
