Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English
• Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and content strategy
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive sales growth
• Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Plan and oversee localized events, activations, and campaigns to strengthen customer engagement and brand positioning
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to deliver effective marketing outcomes
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
