Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for developing all PR campaigns and media relations strategies in accordance to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to for communicating overall key messages and promoting a positive image of the company. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the shopping mall, increase foot traffic, and enhance the overall customer experience. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for preparing press releases, liaising with local press and coordinating messaging going out on website, social media and in print. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences. \xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. \xc2\xb7 Manage social media channels, monitor trends, and engage with the online community to enhance the mall\'s digital presence. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and sponsors to maximize collaborative marketing opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or any other Business related disciplines. \xc2\xb7 Experience: At least 4Year(s) of working experience in the related field or in the similar capacity in Shopping Centre. \xc2\xb7 Skills/Competencies: a. Demonstrate excellent presentation and public speaking skills. b. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. c. Creative flair, able to work in a team, up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and different media agendas. d. Excellent communication skills both oral and writing in English and Malay.
