Requirements

• Candidate must be able to converse in Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess Degree in Advertising/Mass Communications/Marketing or relevant.
• With minimum 3 years experience in advertising and promotion, marketing, advertising agencies/Retail/FMCG/ experience.
• Able to work in multi-task with tight deadline and work in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/English and conversant in dialects.

• Assist in the development of advertising concepts and participate in ideas and brainstorming session to generate promotion ideas.
• Event planning and execution.
• Assist in PR management.
• Manage advertising production.
• Work with in-house designers and merchandising teams for advertising and marketing collaterals.
• Keep up with trends in traditional media & digital marketing space on competitors\' activities and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports including post campaign reports.
• Coordinate and execute ATL & BTL advertisement & promotions, ensure timely and clear execution instructions are briefed to the stores and relevant stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, joint collaboration, sponsorships and advertising with relevant merchants and parties
• Marketing department administrative support.
