Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all marketing communications strategies for the food and beverage outlets including advertising, promotions, public relations, e-commerce, social media and collateral with a focus on driving and generating incremental revenue in line with overall vision and objectives of the outlets. Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Planning Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlating expenditure budgets annually
  • Regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services
  • Develop advertising opportunities (e.g. through specialist publications, radio or other media)
Creating Marketing Content
  • Design and development of marketing materials (including overseeing photoshoots), as well as write copy for use across marketing channels such as collateral, social media, and direct marketing emails (EDM)
  • Manage digital marketing and social media activity across the various social media platforms, including the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion
Driving Brand Partnerships
  • Cultivate relationships with potential marketing partners, as well as explore new target markets and marketing avenues
  • Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the F&B outlets and grow revenue
Brand Management & Awareness
  • Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brands
  • Handle and coordinate all media requests, media releases, enquiries and presentations -hosting media, influencers and VIPS to drive quality media and impactful word of mouth
  • Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analyses, new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience
  • Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings
  • Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service/F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record as Sales/Marketing Manager
  • Has a genuine interest and knowledge of food and beverage
  • Strong network of connections is an asset, including media, social influencers and industry partners
  • Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for details and resourceful
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically
  • Advance computer proficiency. Skilled in digital marketing/social media including Adobe and other design software skills

  • Youthful and extroverted individuals
  • Encouraged to establish a relationship with regular customers
Working Day: 5 days week Working Time: 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm
