Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and expand market share within the mum and baby care sector.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and uncover opportunities within the mums and baby care industry.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use and monitoring of expenses within allocated limits.
Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and manage successful product launches.
Ensure that all marketing and promotional efforts adhere to industry regulations and guidelines specific to mums and baby care.
Create impactful sales materials, develop training programs, and provide support to the sales team and channel partners to drive product success.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and pursue opportunities for product innovation and process enhancements based on market feedback and industry trends.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in full cycle product management within the mums and baby care sector.
In-depth knowledge of mums and baby care industry market trends and marketing practices.
Resourceful and creative in contributing ideas for marketing campaigns, new collaborations and distribution channels.
Ability to work independently, strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
