Requirements

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, encompassing market penetration, revenue growth, and brand recognition within the building materials sector.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Oversee brand management activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels, reinforcing brand equity and customer loyalty.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement, demonstrating ROI and effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful execution, adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and achieve measurable results.
