• Manage the company\'s social media accounts, i.e. Instagram, FB, Tiktok, and XHS.
• Produce graphic design with Adobe Illustrator (must-have).
• Involve in managing the company\'s WhatsApp business community group to promote specific products/SKUs from time to time.
• Create store awareness and increase leads by maintaining stores\' media coverage to the public.
• Prepare & compile subordinate weekly marketing & E-Commerce reports.
• Handling new SKU(s) launch and storewide promotions.
• Conduct post-mortems on events/ promotions and identify areas of improvement.
• In charge of developing POS materials and ensuring materials are allocated to all outlets on schedule
• In charge of producing the website/online material with the latest updates & relevant content.
• Restart & monitor In-House Loyalty Program.
• Consistently monitor and update the management team on the marketing expenditure vs budget set.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG retail industry, considering market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis.
• Identify target segments and develop positioning strategies to allow c
• Monitor, report, and assist in-store, e-comm customer complaints/feedback.
• Logistics, demand planning experience, and inventory skills are plus points.
