Senior Marketing Executive

1. Lead Marketing Team (Strategizing and Troubleshoot) Plan and Execute Marketing Direction (Online / Offline) \xe2\x80\x93
2. Participates/Leads in marketing events such as tradeshows, related occasions,
3. Contributing ideas and suggest for improvements as well as collaborate with other HOD Market Intelligence
4. Undertake planning and drives marketing, promotions strategy
5. Overview and develop team towards fostering innovation, Branding engagement and Creativity
6. Over view Proofreading creative copy/ Copy writing for social media campaigns and monitor its performance
7. Overview engagement in Marketing/ PR Materials (Graphics, Banner, Pamphlets, Poster & Etc)
8. Assist in Job task/ KPI setting, training and Hiring for the team (Sub) S&M
9. Conducting research and analysing data to identify and meet audiences (Product/ Placing positioning)
10. Overview on Customer /Audience relationship management, campaign and budget proposal
11. Budget Planning and Proposition
12. Engage in inhouse or Third (3rd) party promotional events, and branding activities

Candidate must posses\xe2\x80\x99 Diploma / Bachelor Business, Marketing
At least 5 years experience Marketing / Preferably FMCG
Has at least 5 years in Senior Marketing Position
Able to communicate well with all levels
Able to multitask
