Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, strategic campaigns, and partnerships that align with the company\'s business objectives and drive revenue with measurable targets.
• Implement content branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns across various channels to enhance brand image, foster customer loyalty, and increase consumer brand awareness.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with local and international partners to explore media opportunities and forge marketing partnerships.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives in line with business priorities, ensuring timely and organized delivery.
• Collect market insights and conduct market research to analyze marketing performance.
• Conduct regular market visits to create monthly market intelligence reports and proactively drive new events, retail marketing, and promotion initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing priorities, effective implementation of marketing programs and campaigns, and delivery of high-quality and impactful outcomes.
• Monitor and control the annual marketing budget for all marketing activities.
• Perform business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned for the promotion of the company.

Requirements

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the marketing field,

preferably in Financial industry * Good knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, content management, and digital marketing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, and strong leadership skills with a proven ability to retain, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Manager.
