Job Description

A Sr Marketing Manager is required to lead and manage a luxury fashion brand. This is a key role where you are responsible for all marketing brand plans to establish brand awareness and product profitability.

• Strategic development of marketing plans to drive brand building activities, communications, brand awareness and traction via an omnichannel approach.
• Responsible over A&P budgets across all brands with the objective to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.
• Adept at integrated marketing communications across various channels ATL, BTL, PR, marcomms, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM and retail marketing.
• Represent the brand during networking events.
• Drive direction in visual merchandizing to drive retail excellence.
• Sensitive to consumer insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer journey.
• Besides managing a large team, strong collaboration with internal (merchandizing and operations) and external stakeholders (eg. digital agencies) are necessary. A lead to represent the brand in reporting to regional and upper management.
