Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Specialist who can spearhead our acquisition campaigns! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive results, foster external partnerships for collaboration, and contribute to various other marketing tasks.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Develop end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including conceptualization, copywriting, list segmentation, scheduling, performance optimization and post-campaign analysis.
• Work with the in-house team to generate campaign assets and coordinate cross-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with other functions to optimize lead conversion efforts
• Identifying and nurturing external entities (such as publications and associations) for potential partnerships
• Stay updated on best practices to ensure compliance with regulations, e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR

To be successful in this role you have:

• 3 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent written skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A knack for collaborative negotiation, ensuring win-win partnerships
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Creativity to explore new tools and solutions.
• Experience with HTML / CSS is a plus.
