Job Description

• At least, three years of experience in digital marketing or advertising position in the financial industry.
• Good knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Attention to details.
• Positive attitude, customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Adequate knowledge of web design and graphic design principles.
• Good understanding of the psychology of selling.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Fluency in English on a daily basis.

• Oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts in Malaysia.
• Manage the process of creation and distribution of engaging written, graphic and video content in the form of ads, landing pages, banners, brochures, web pages, etc..
• Monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage advertising in various media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience in Malaysia.
• Work with the HQ marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies in Malaysia.
• Oversee and manage all contests, and other marketing projects related to leads generation.
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing messages by working with various departments and members of the company.
• Collect customer data from CRM and Google Analytics, analyze customer journey maps, user interactions and visits in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Report progress to senior management.
• Grow and expand company's presence in the Internet into new platforms.
• Collaborate with opinion local marketing agencies and other vendor partners in our industry to promote our products, services and brand image.
