Environmental Conditions

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Outbound functions

Scanning daily POD received, rename each POD according to DO number & save in POD shared folder. Matching POD received with DO list & do filing for + POD
+ TDO
+ Collection form
+ Manual DO
Follow up with transporter for outstanding POD. Assist in preparing runsheet for outbound arrangement + Daily

- Outstation
+ Urgent delivery
+ Weekly / special delivery e.g: Northern delivery, Dexcom, Kayaku, Biocon, etc.
Aid in sorting documents for coordinating deliveries. Assist in taking care of 3rd party transport provider for delivery arrangement. Assist in investigate & resolve any outbound complains Work closely with commercial team on any delivery request arrangements.

Inbound functions

Communicate with 3PL inbound team for inbound matters. + Inbound alert email / team notification from procurement team.
+ Any special GR requirements
Assist in following up with procurement team for any inbound issue. + Shipment damage
+ Shortage
+ Unacceptable packaging condition, etc.
To ensure system good receive being done by 3PL CS without error. + To ensure a necessary rectification is being done if error happens.

Other functions

Coordinate and collaborate with 3PL (3rd party logistic) team for the operations to ensure meeting the inbound and outbound delivery performance. Assist in year end stock take planning, activity and necessary inventory adjustment. To ensure compliance on Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) within the warehouse functions. To support audit tasks, both internal and external. To support in ensuring WH daily activities are carried out within agreed timelines. To assist in other WH function when needed. Coordinating the disposal of schedule waste & non schedule waste with 3PL & external disposal agent. To create and update DOE Eswiss online consignment form for schedule waste disposal. * PR issuance for WH supplies
