Department Overview Global Obsolescence Team - Radios To Go - Cancelation Lead



- Manage the product cancelation process for the Global Obsolescence Team

- Work closely with various business partners across all portfolios and functions

- Prepare the Risk Assessment for all product cancelations according to the Product Team schedules and present the Risk Assessment to Product Team

- Lead the effort to automate the Unique Parts List and Risk Assessment reports

- Determine end-of-life item constraints as related to product cancelation

- Calculate end-of-life item Excess Quantity and Value

- Prepare scenario report and review with Product and Engineering Teams.

- Steer discussions around mitigation solutions for supply gaps

- Efficiently manage ad-hoc requests from Product and Engineering Teams

- Escalate any critical revenue risks to Team Lead

- Must work with global teams and be available to take meetings in the early morning or later in the evening

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations

- Adhere to governance, metrics, and high levels of engagement to eliminate revenue disruptions

- Trigger incremental LTB/BB buys, document strategy, and seek approval for signature authority levels

Basic Requirements

- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree (Supply Chain preferable)
- Strong data analytical skills
- Basic spreadsheet formula skills
- Clear and concise communication of actions and results
- Task completion with minimal direction
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Product knowledge and willingness to increase that knowledge

- Proficient skills in the creation and presentation of analysis through Google tools

- Self-motivated, work independently, assertive, versatile, and detail-oriented

- Energetic, Positive, and a Team player

- Capable to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines

- Ability to talk in detail on a tactical level

- Excellent relationship management capabilities with strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders

- Experience working on IT projects

- Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
