Department Overview North America-Latin America (NALA) Repair Operations within the Motorola Supply Chain organization supports existing sales processes, operations, and customer service contracts on daily basis.
This process starts from forecasting repair materials through order scheduling, management, and ends with securing repair material for shipment to Motorola and outsourced vendor repair facilities that service US Federal, State, Local Customers; as well as, International customers.

  • Materials planning support for the NALA Repair Service Centers.
  • Manage spare safety stock for quick response requirements in the field.
  • Order and track material in support of customer advanced exchange program (ADVEX).
  • Support LTB (last time buy) and EOL (end of life) material procurement.
  • Set up and maintain material in the Oracle\xe2\x80\x99s application - Greenfield system.
  • Create and run reports for NALA materials leadership.
  • Develop insights to assist in decisions regarding material priorities as needed.
  • Expedite and escalate material issues through distribution center, manufacturing facility, and MSI supply planning teams.
  • Attend and/or facilitate global materials meetings.

Basic Requirements
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in planning, logistics, supply chain or comparable. Candidate with Master\'s Degree will have an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, logistics, administration and customer care.
  • Good knowledge of common ERP (Oracle) and Google tools (Sheets, Docs etc.).
  • Good written and spoken in English knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and capable of working pro-active and independently.
  • Experience in working within multinational/global environment would be beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication.
