-Engage in site meetings and inspections, ensuring attendance and documenting key discussions. Submit necessary documents promptly and produce regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
-Monitor work schedules closely, ensuring adherence to timelines and addressing any deviations proactively.
-Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination abilities to effectively drive and coordinate work activities.
-Assist the Senior Project Manager in task planning, executing work activities, and managing site logistics requirements.
-Remain flexible to undertake any additional duties assigned by management or superiors.
Requirements
-The candidate should have a minimum qualification of a Bachelors or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
They should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical work within the construction industry.
They must be skilled in efficiently coordinating M&E tasks with Sub-Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
The candidate should possess a proactive and independent attitude and be capable of working effectively under pressure.
