:1. Utilize your advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles to conceptualize and create innovative designs for various products and systems2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements,objectives, and constraints3. Apply your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop detailed3D models and engineering drawings4. Perform simulations, analysis, and prototyping to validate design concepts andoptimize performance5. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices6. Generate accurate and comprehensive engineering documentation, includingspecifications, test plans, and reports7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering theirprofessional growth8. Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and manufacturers to ensuresuccessful implementation of designs9. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the field ofmechanical design10. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC.Job Requirement:1. Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master\'s degree ispreferred2. Proven experience minimum 5 years as a mechanical design engineer, with a focus on developing complex mechanical systems or products3. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturingprocesses4. Proficiency in using CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform simulationsand analysis6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams7. Solid understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices8. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality designs within project timelinesand budget constraints9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in engineering documentation10. Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members
