Design Management: Participate in the management and coordination of mechanical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress control.
Cost Management: Monitor project cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize efficiency.
Client Communication: Communicate and negotiate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and promptly resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
Personnel Development: Participate in training and development programs for team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving.
Design and analysis: Responsible for the overall system structure design and evaluation of new product development or product improvement projects.
Quality Control: Responsible for the quality control of mechanical products or equipment to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members, other engineers, and relevant departments to achieve project objectives and requirements.
Design Process: Responsible for establishing and improving internal design standards and development processes within the mechanical team, and cultivating and enhancing the professional capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Automation or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in 3C product testing automation or assembly automation.
Proficient in English, Mandarin is a MUST preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Write/ Speak / Listen)
Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks software
Strong ability to analyze and resolve issues on-site at client locations, with the ability to adapt to short-term business trips.
Capable of independently communicating with clients and analyzing their requirements, and possessing the ability to independently design non-standard testing automation equipment from concept to completion, ability to optimize design costs
