Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya
s:
- Handle queries from customers by providing accurate and non-promotional information.
- Respond to questions with accurate and up-to-date information in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Accurately record all interactions into the required database.
- Escalate all inquiries without predefined answers according to defined processes.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Compliance.
- Other duties and special projects that are assigned by management.
- Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in a scientific or health-related field.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the Medical field
- Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Multitasking and detail with good business acumen will be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Applicants must have International Exposure
