Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.*Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.Act as Medical expert in KidneyCo. therapeutic areas - Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), Hemodialysis (HD), Continuos Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) andorgan-supporting therapiesThis role focuses on Local MY business with an extension of Regional/ Cluster affairs.Responsible for developing and executing the medical plans, providing internal trainings on the full Kidney Co portfolios, delivering impactful external engagement and significant scientific exchange, generating clinical evidence, optimizing the KOL management and speaker development, managing medical budget, supporting all of the relevant marketing and cross-functional activities of Baxter Kidney Care\xe2\x80\x99s business, and demonstrating a high understanding and execution on Ethics & Compliance.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sit in the Country Leadership Team representing the Medical Function and advising on business development and company-wide policies and image.

Independently develop, execute and achieve the aligned strategic medical plans for all new launches (including registrational support) and support the life cycle management of the mature products. * Develop evidence-based medical content for new therapies and business-driving products.

• Provide advanced internal training to Commercial and Cross-functional teams and new hires.
• Deliver impactful external engagement (e.g., HCP education in field interaction, lecture in CME or symposia, and 1:1 to group scientific exchange).
• Lead the advisory board or consensus meeting to drive the needs of patient and the therapeutic excellence.
• Reply to medical queries and ensure the clinical accuracy of the products at any engagement and exchange. Develop actionable items from the engagement and share the insights collected.
• Manage the (inter-)national KOL lists and plans. Develop speaker and best practice to disseminate the high standard of care.
• Lead data generation (e.g., IIR, real world data, and HEOR study) and manage the publication plan to support the goals of expanding the reimbursement opportunities and policy-shaping.
• Collaborate with the other markets of the cluster to achieve the collective Medical objectives.
• Optimize the support for Market Access, Marketing & Cross-functions (e.g., RA, MI, PV, QA, Clinical) to achieve the aligned goals.
• Serve as the internal reviewer for events and gate-keep the highest standards of Ethics & Compliance.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skillsets:

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of medical affairs experience in a reputable pharmaceutical or medical device company.
• Preferred experience in nephrology or intensive care.
• Demonstrated experience in policy-shaping and reimbursement projects is advantageous.
• Expereince in HEOR are highly desirable.
• Proactive, output-oriented, and capable of independent operation.
• Strong communication skills, adept in managing diverse and complex multi-country networks.
