Senior Midstream Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Sr. Project Manager will manage FPSO top side capital investment projects for global clients to deliver the projects on time, within budget, and meeting applicable project specifications and regulations.

Roles and Responsibility

Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects that produce agreed deliverables within time and budget deadlines. Duties will include:
Responsible for on-time delivery of the assigned projects Responsible for HSE performance of the assigned projects Full accountability for financial project performance, including P&L, margin, and other financial metrics. Develop the project execution plan ("PEP") to clearly define and communicate to project stakeholders the scope of supply and the execution stratey to be implemente for assigned projects Managing the project schedule, identifying and protecting the project critical path and developing mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery Developing a Risk Management plan for the assigned projects. This include defining preventive/corrective actions to eliminate/mitigate potential impacts on schedule and budget Establishing effective working relationship with customers and other project stakeholdlers, beign the central point of contact for assigned projects.

Qualifications

10+ yrs. of Project Management experience. Relevant experience in the project management domain for oil and gas projects is required. Substantial experience in the execution of projects for Oil, Water, Gas treatment technologies is highly desirable. Proven record of managing process systems projects with a budget of $20M and higher Proven record of managing indirectly a critical business unit functions during bidding, execution, and delivery of the projects: engineering, supply chain, finance, HSE and logistics. Proven record leading international, multi-discipline, teams to drive results. 10+ yrs. of customer facing roles within O&G EPC industry Mechanical or Chemical Engineering bachelor's degree or higher Sound problem solving approach and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) in English. Speaking Portuguese is highly desirable. Ability to speak other languages is a plus. Extensive knowledge of Project business systems: Primavera, SAP, MS Projects

Preferred Skills

Up to date with current project management best practices, with proven record of applied methodology in past projects delivered by the candidate. PMP certification is a plus. Solid knowledge of project finance and accounting Proven experience in dealing with complex commercial/legal issues that arise during the execution of capital projects
