Job Description

• To manage the entire mill operations and engineering project within group in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring that the optimum level of productivity is achieved.
• Supervise and ensure the development of work programs and budget at operational level, in accordance with approved strategies and policies.
• To review and provide guidance to the management for development of new process techniques and procedures in order to maximize the production of CPO, Palm Kernel and oil extraction rate.
• To ensure adequate controls are in place to monitor the product quality and adoption of latest technology for improving the quality and the oil extraction rate.
• Carry out regularly visits and evaluates the performance of the plant and identifying the areas to be upgraded.
• Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures and SOP.

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in mill and 5 years of working experience as Mill Manager are required for this position.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia.
