The Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI & LLMs, you will:

• Architect, train, and optimize large-scale generative AI and LLM applications
• Build and refine AI pipelines, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for production use
• Deploy scalable solutions across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Research and experiment with multimodal AI, agent frameworks, and high-performance inference
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and efficiency of deployed models
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer, AI Researcher, or Data Scientist
• Expert in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and generative AI architectures
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver production-ready solutions
