Senior MOL Process Engineer

who will be responsible for establishing, improving, and sustaining high-performance manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Establish process capability, capacity, and productivity models to support production goals. Define, characterize, and continuously improve designated processes according to product control plans, specifications, and BOM. Ensure full understanding and control of equipment setup parameters, process precautions, and product quality requirements. Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and implement yield improvement initiatives. Monitor and improve process yields through data-driven analysis and corrective actions. Conduct gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) studies, correlation studies, and develop reaction plans for out-of-control (OOC) situations. Support manufacturing teams in operator training, qualification, and utilization improvement. Lead process improvement and cost-reduction projects through effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrate strong communication and emotional intelligence skills in engaging with peers and management. Promote continual improvement, effective resource use, and adherence to ISO requirements and company policies. Practice risk-based thinking in planning and execution of tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

Electronics, Photonics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Telecommunication Engineering

. Minimum

5 years of experience

in a related industry, preferably in a

mass production or fiber optic transceiver manufacturing environment

. Strong computer literacy, particularly in

SPC-related applications

and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on working attitude. Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs. Knowledge of

mechanical dimensioning, tolerancing analysis, and poka-yoke principles

will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
