Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth operation in two main domains:1) Be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our entire supply chain system, IT infrastructure, and facilities, responding to alerts, providing timely support to global teams, making necessary independent decisions for urgent issues or as requested by IT teams. 2) Offering Global Contact Calling Services to TD SYNNEX global coworkers for resolving urgent issues. Where necessary the VMT specialist will escalate urgent alerts/requests to higher levels within team. This levels requires the experienced knowledge of monitoring items and the TD SYNNEX environment. The specialist will be able to have the ability to prioritize alerts and make right decisions based on the real-time urgent situation. This level will be expected to mentor entry level monitoring specialists.:1. Accept working in shifts: morning shift, swing shift, and night shift2. Global IT monitoring service: process IT alerts by following pre-defined SLAs3. Global call service: provide efficient calling services to global coworkers, accelerating problem-solving efficiency4. Guide monitoring specialists during daily operations5. Analyze monitoring data, and provide professional solutions/support based on the data analysis6. Collaboration with the peer VMT team in ChinaQualifications:1. Bachelor's degree2. 3-5 years of relevant experience3. Proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English4. Require high vigilance and constant monitoring of the screen, so it demands extremely high discipline.5. IT background is preferred6. Good at using Microsoft 365 software7. Strong sense of responsibility and collaborative team spirit8. Excellent ability in problem analysis and solving9. Stronger observation skills to identify and assess potential risks in monitoring data.10. Able to formulate response measures and plans based on the analysis results of monitoring data.11.
