Job Description

1.Start Implement Bosch Standard Local Network Infrastructure in Penang 2.Regional network coordinator for the network region in Malaysia. 3.Provide support on network solution of Application Centric Infrastructure in Penang 4.Support Campus network coordinator for WIFI and cable-based infrastructure on selected sites in Asia Pacific 5.Support Campus Service delivery and operation 6.Prepare Campus LAN solution based on customer requirement 7.Implementation of the WIFI and cable-based infrastructure 8.Install and config switches/wireless controllers and access points successfully 9.Change, Incident, problem and continuous management 10.Proceed the maintenance on change window without any unplanned service impact 11.Support to resolve tickets from monitoring system 12.Quality management. Compliance reports check and proceed corrections accordingly 13.Maintain high data quality on network management data base 14.Support local CI to proceed the orders 15.Prepare Bill of Material list and quality check of quotation from the vendor 16.Contact person towards internal customer 17.2nd level troubleshooting in case of any failure
