Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

s:

• Managing, assisting, and executing an organization\xe2\x80\x99s communication network.
• Rapid network-related diagnosis and maintenance.
• Maintain the data center networks\xe2\x80\x99 high availability and performance.
• When required, assist with designing, developing, and deploying appropriate network systems and cabling architectures.
• Assist in the collaborative identification, testing, and development of innovative technologies that provide value to the business.
• Proactively identifying technological gaps and cooperatively creating and executing viable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the data center, systems, and other organizations on business projects, assignments, and challenges, among other things. Maintain significant interpersonal ties.
• Develop explicit guidelines, rules, and processes to ensure the data center networks run smoothly and without errors.
• Using the reporting systems, keeping a daily work record, and offering clear and frequent project updates.
• Generate and retain clear and accurate network documentation.
• Complete allocated duties within the timeframe.
• Keep current network equipment in good working order for consumers.
• Coordinate problem resolution with IT professionals.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with professional certification (CCNA, CCNP), diploma in information technology, computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent.
• At least 5-7 years of hands-on network development expertise on a complex network is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a data center or networking-related setting is required.
• Project management and leadership experience
• The ability to work together and collaboratively with teams to address issues.
• The ability to adjust to changes in a fast-paced work setting.
• The ability to operate in a team and alone with little supervision.
• Knowledge of computer and server hardware diagnosis, troubleshooting, and networking protocols and how to navigate or troubleshoot operating systems
