Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. You will provide day-to-day operational support of our network & security infrastructure. And essentially to lead investigation, coordinate, identify root-cause and resolve incidents. Sometimes, issues might get tricky and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will come into play.For any issues related to network & security systems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing necessary changes to production network & security devices in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.Last but not least, network & security technologies associated with Router, Switches, WAN/SDWAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, IPAM, Azure and Google Cloud are all in your support league.Ready to embark on the journey? As a Senior Network Engineer, having CCNP Certification is a huge plus. Strong knowledge of WAN/SDWAN/LAN, TCP/IP, routing/switching & great analytical skill will also be an integral part of this role.You are a network & security aficionado, therefore you have a very good understanding of Firewall, VPN, Load Balancer and Proxy. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.An array of benefits for you:

Hi, my name is Christian and I\xe2\x80\x99m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as Network Engineer in the Network Operation Center team. Gaining more hands-on experience with cloud proxy technology and application to network & security integration has always fascinated me. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Principal Network Engineer role. In 2022, I moved to a management role, being Regional NOC Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition \xe2\x80\x93 Network & Security. Looking forward to having you onboard!
