The Analyst, Network & Telecom will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang . Require a Network Engineer to perform new network infrastructure setup, support and maintain Network Infrastructure Here is a glimpse of what you\'ll do: The implementation and operation/administration of the data network and supporting infrastructure. Resolution of Helpdesk requests passed on by first-level support personnel, responding to issues related to areas of specific responsibility such as network port issues, Ethernet cabling, performance, etc. Configuration, installation, and maintenance of company network backbone hardware, cabling, and wireless services such as personal computers, system software, software applications, printers, servers, routers, switches, modems, and Internet service providers. As directed, investigates anomalies to assure continued stability and availability of the network using various LAN meters and sniffer tools. Interacts with internal and external organizations to resolve network performance and security issues. Coordination of activities with helpdesk, network services, or other information systems groups. Here are a few of our preferred experiences: A minimum of 3 years of experience, 3 to 5 years is more preferred Excellent communication and Good analytical skills are mandatory Candidate should be flexible in working with 24/7 rotational shifts Basic technical expertise in areas such as Routing, Switching, Security and Traffic Optimization. Should have experience/operational knowledge on SNMP, NetFlow protocols and Network Monitoring Tools - LiveAction, Solarwinds. Good knowledge on ISR & ASR with IOS XE platform. Experience required in alert monitoring, 1st level troubleshooting and ticket handling.
