Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Take ownership of supporting tickets and incident management, troubleshooting issues end-to-end and keeping customers updated.
Be the go-to escalation point for junior engineers by guiding, mentoring and solving any complex issues.
Support Fortinet firewall products and related technologies, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and recommending process enhancements.
Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs in a 24/7 support environment.
What we are looking for:
Highly proficient in English as you will be supporting Australian clients
Strong technical background in network and security support (Level 2/Level 3). Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule as part of a 24/7 support team. Minimum5 years
of experience in aSNOC
/Network Security Engineer
role, ideally in anMSP (Managed Service Provider)
or similar support-based environment. Strong technical knowledge innetwork security, routing, and switching
. Hands-on experience withFortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
products is highly preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
