Job Description

The Lead, Network Security Engineer responsible for administering and managing network security products including Web Application Firewall, Endpoint Detection and Response, Network IPS, Network APT, and NAC. You\'ll provide day-to-day operational support, configure security solutions, and ensure comprehensive protection against network threats.

• Administer and manage Network Security Products including Web Application Firewall, Endpoint Detection and Response, Network IPS, Network APT, and NAC.
• Provide operational support for network security requests, incidents, hands-on tasks, and enhancements on a daily basis.
• Provision, configure, and maintain network security solutions.
• Implement measures to identify, protect against, detect, respond to, and recover from network threats detected across security solutions.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive network security policies based on best practices and specific requirements to ensure a secure environment.
• Coordinate with vendors for technology refreshes, feature exploration, and support related to network security solutions.
• Participate in operational processes to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Generate comprehensive reports and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking, including network design, analysis, or management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security, covering design, analysis, and IT security network management.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English languages is required.
