Key Responsibilities

Design, solution, implement, and operate modern software-defined WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructures using Cisco, Versa, Aruba, and similar technologies. Identify and select network solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. Lead medium to large-scale network deployments and ensure operational excellence. Continuously enhance network performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring, optimization, and automation initiatives. Align network strategies with enterprise goals, cloud integration, and evolving business needs. Lead and mentor global teams across diverse geographies for large-scale network projects. Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to deliver complex solutions successfully. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and associated technologies. Ensure compliance with enterprise network standards, protocols, and best practices.

Technical Skills

15+ years of experience in enterprise network design, deployment, and operations. 5+ years of experience in software-defined networking, SD-WAN (Cisco SD-WAN mandatory), and cloud-based network solutions. Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, MPLS, VxLAN, IPsec, QoS, GRE, and WAN/LAN protocols. Strong experience with Versa Secure SD-WAN, Cisco SD-WAN, NGFW, WLAN, SD-LAN, and related network technologies. Familiarity with cloud connectivity (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute), multi-cloud networking, and network integrations with SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions. Working knowledge of modern network security platforms, DDI (DHCP, DNS, IPAM), proxy, WAF, CDN, and DDoS mitigation. Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Spectrum, SevOne, ThousandEyes, CyberArk). Coding/scripting skills (Python) for automation preferred.

Certifications

Cisco CCNP required; CCIE highly preferred. Versa Certified Administrator or Versa SD-WAN Associate (VNX100) preferred.

Education

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
