Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute business and sales strategies to meet the overall targeted revenue set by the Company.
- Understand prospect requirement and able to formulate solutions with assistance solution team.
- Manage an, end maintain a good business relationship with existing and new customers.
- Identify, develop and expand other solutions to create stickiness with existing and new prospects.
- To cross-sell or introduce all the other products or services within the organization group.
- Continuously monitor the market development and realign with the sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure project is delivered within schedule, and deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Plan, gather, analyze and manage user requirements to recommend solutions to prospect.
- Work closely as a team to ensure the functional requirements are developed into the user application.
