Primary Responsibilities
-Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture the requirements of Amway Business Owner (ABO) and deliver implementation plans to enhance ABO\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge of products, health and nutrition.
-Assist Manager to design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.
-Perform research, develop training materials and support in execution of the training programme. (Physical or virtual training)
-Design, develop, execute and monitor all training and development initiatives which are in line with company directions and KPIs, including eLearning
-Collaborate with different stakeholders including Marketing/Sales/HR team to drive effective integration and implementation of training.
-Manage training schedule and ensure that all training is conducted on time with sufficient resources and facilities.
-Conduct workshop briefing to ABO contract trainers when necessary, supervising contract trainer\xe2\x80\x99s training performance and auditing contract trainer\xe2\x80\x99s training delivery periodically.
-Plan and manage training/project expenses allocation and ensure spending is within established and approved budget.
-Track and evaluate training effectiveness; enhance training/program with continuous improvements in the approach, process and method as appropriate to elevate ABO\xe2\x80\x99s competency and capabilities.
-Respond ABO/APC\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries in a timely manner via emails, calls or one-to-one consultation.
-Guide training associates to design and deliver training courses and modules with high standard resources.
-Accountable for the execution of all assigned projects.
-Accountable on aligning & ensuring compliance to Amway\xe2\x80\x99s global training policies, including all training productions, deliveries and activities and maintain confidentiality of global and regional training policies.
-To localize global and regional training resources for final release of training content in local market.
-Support in execution of product launch/campaign activities and other major company events.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
-Strong knowledge in Nutrition and Wellness, as well as training and education
-Strong ability to execute projects and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
-Communicate clearly, concisely and with an appropriate level of detail.
-Projects positive image and serves as a role model for others.
-Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill. Presents rationale for recommendations and suggestions with confidence.
-Good interpersonal skill with building cross-functional relationships to communicate effectively and consistently.
-Excellent presentation skill when conducting virtual and physical training as well as Facebook/IG LIVE
-Demonstrates awareness of one\'s own capabilities and development needs.
-Excellent project management skills and good time management skills.
-Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
-Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
-Willing to travel outstation when required.
